Meet Susan

As a hospitality entrepreneur and restaurateur, Susan has lived and breathed the highs and lows of business ownership. She knows that moving every percentage point, training every new hire and exceeding customer expectations calls on a strong inner game. In an industry where the failure rate is 80% in the first 5 years, she and her husband have run a thriving, profitable restaurant & events business for more than 10 years.

Susan holds a B.A in Studio Arts from Loyola Marymount University, a Masters in Educational Technology and Secondary Teaching Credential from the University of San Francisco and a Certificate in Executive Coaching from the Center for Executive Coaching. She is a volunteer executive coach for the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center’s Milestone Makers program and serves as a Guide for groups of C-suite members of Chief.

Philosophy

Susan believes that all people, no matter their role in their organization or community, have the ability to lead others. And, that it doesn’t matter if your company is worth 50k or 50m you almost certainly have people challenges. She knows that working with a coach, who can guide you through a proven framework to get results, can be a game-changer.
